Home Visits:
Our home visit is the first step in building a strong partnership with parents and carers. It helps children feel comfortable in their familiar home environment while giving families and practitioners the opportunity to get to know one another. By sharing knowledge about each child, we can provide the best possible start to their nursery journey.
Engaging with your child’s Learning:
We encourage parents to take an active role in their child’s learning through regular events and shared activities at the nursery. Families can join story sessions, forest school, breakfast mornings, and many other engaging experiences. We also provide home learning activities to help extend and support your child’s development beyond the setting.

Intervention and Inclusion Specialist:
Inclusive practice offers equal access to opportunities and support to all children.
Our Intervention and inclusion specialist provides dedicated support to children, families and staff across all of our settings.
Early Education Entitlement
- All parents of 3 & 4-year-olds can access the universal entitlement of 15 hours of early education per week, during school term times only
- Eligible working parents of children aged 9 months – 4-year-olds are entitled to 30 hours of early education per week, during school term times only
- Parents of 2-year-olds who get extra support such those on Universal Credit or children with an Education, Health & Care plan are entitled to 15 hours of early education per week (term-time only)

Leicestershire Holiday, Activities & Food Programme (HAF)
As an approved Leicestershire HAF provider, we offer free holiday childcare, fun activities, and nutritious meals for eligible children aged 4–11 who receive benefits-related free school meals.
Tax Free Childcare
Working parents can save on registered childcare with Tax-Free Childcare, where the Government adds £2 for every £8 you pay into your online account. You can receive up to £2,000 per child each year, or £4,000 for a disabled child.
Food Vouchers
We work with Leicestershire County Council to distribute food vouchers to ensure families of eligible children can purchase food over the school holidays.

Keeping Children Safe in Education categorises online safety into three areas of risk:
- Content: being exposed to illegal, inappropriate or harmful material
- Contact: being subjected to harmful online interaction with other users; and
