I started at the nursery in January 2008 and have watched it grow from a 64 place setting to a 114 place Outstanding setting. Working with young children is something that I have always aspired to do since I was a child myself. I took on a caregiver role to my premature baby brother who is 10 years my junior.

This experience helped me to realise that working with children is extremely important and was something I wanted to pursue as a career. I feel that children should learn in a home from home environment and that teaching should be fun and educational.
